acetaia-dei-bago-tenutathe company “fondo la vittoria”, created by the current owner ‘s grandfather, was born in the early 1900 in the fertile hilly lands of Vignola, in the geographic area between Vignola and Spilamberto.

The farm is located in the well-known geographic area near Modena, rich in countless excellent gastronomic products such as the Nocino liqueur, the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, the typical cherry of Vignola, the superlative cheese Parmigiano Reggiano and so on.
high yielding, commitment and high quality are all values maintained by the family over the years besides constant innovation. Moreover, to ensure a high standard of environmental protection, pioneering photovoltaic and solar panels for heating have been installed.

Vegetables and fruit are grown with eco-friendly methods, reducing the use of pesticides and herbicides. An area the farm has been even dedicated to the growth of “forgotten fruits” such as:“ Moretta di Vignola”, “Durone della Marca”, Ciliegione”, “Visciole”( sour cherry), “Marasche”, Pere volpine (pears) , jujubes and so on. These fruits are now sacrificed by a market that requires and prefers to grown only fruit to be sold and exported.

To produce our traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena we use must obtained with our PDO Trebbiano grapes. This, to guarantee the whole production chain from the very beginning to the end, providing the consumer with a high quality and safe origin product.
